how do i go about getting an l visa?

Im a New Zealand citizen who lives in Australia but I am currently in Canada at the moment, I was wondering how do I go about getting a Tourist L type? I'm going over for my friends wedding and will be staying for a week.

Hi, Michaela, firstly, you can ask your friend to send you an invitation letter and maybe a copy of his or her ID card or passport. Then, prepare the following documents, including your passport, a copy of it, a filled-out application form affixed with your recent bare-headed photo, and this invitation letter. Then post your application to the CVASC office or go there in person to submit the application.
