Is it possible to get VISA at the border if you're travelling by road to China for toursim only?

If I am traveling by road from Pakistan to PRC for tourism - is it possible to get VOA at the PAK-China boarder? If yes, what is the process and what are the charges for the same? What documentation would I require to show? Plus, can I take my vehicle in PRC as I would be traveling by car? What would be the requirement in such cases?

Dear, I’m afraid it’s impossible. You should apply for an entry permit in advance of your trip. As for the details, you are advised to contact with the embassy of PRC in your home country to know about more. Call: 8496178

Taha, you cannot obtain VOA, but it’s possible for you to drive a car to enter. You should find a Chinese travel agency and ask for help. In regard of the details, the travel agency will tell you.
