L Visa (Tourist) Conversion to Q type (Marriage)

Hi, I'm currently on my 2nd 1 year L type in China. Me & my Chinese wife got married last month. I wanted to know if it is possible to convert my L type (Tourist) to Q type (Marriage) without having to leave PRC. Thanks for the advice
