About:International Trains from/to China

earliest time to book train tickets

Hello
I am planning a trip to China from 4th-16th July and plan on visiting Shanghai, Beijing, Xian, Guilin and through Schenzhen to Hong Kong.
I am planning to use rail and plane on the travel segments.
Can you tell me what is the recommended earliest time I need to book and pay for the tickets.?

Hi, as I know, they usually begin for sale 60 days within the departure date. If you want to book them in advance, you may do it around 60 days. The flight price discount is hard to say, sometimes around 2 months and sometimes around 1 month. You may need to check it often and compared with dates around.
