Stops in Xian

I've noticed as well that they have 2 stops. One is North Xian and Xian. If i would like to go and see the Terracotta Army, which stop should i take?

The tickets are much cheaper if its depart from Xian right? Do you have an overnight ride that departs from Beijing to Xian?
