Visa to Qatar for an Indian passport holder in Hong Kong

I am an Indian student (holding an Indian passport ) studying in Hong Kong , and iam on a student permit here ,I want to apply for an entry permit to Qatar ,how do I do that ?

If you go there for sightseeing purpose, you can apply for a tourist entry permit. You need to provide those documents: your passport, 2 recently-taken passport-sized color photos, the completed application form, round trip air tickets and accommodation booking record as well as other relevant documents the consular officers consider necessary. And then submit your application to the consulate general of Qatar in HK to apply for it.
