Best option for visa

Hello, i am currently in China but my L type ends at the end of march. I have been living in China for almost two years now under a student X type but i had to go back home for personal matters on January and to come back i got a turist one, I finished studying but i need to wait for my boyfriend, as we are moving to another country, he still has to stay here for another three months. So i was wondering which type is the best to apply to? thanks a lot.
