Dear, you need to get your marriage certificate attested by the Chinese embassy, and then you can apply for S1 type for your wife with other required documents.
You should first get the marriage certificate notarized by the local notary public in India, and then have it authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs of India. Finally, get it attested by the consulate general of PRC.
