About:China Visa Fees

Do i need to buy air ticket first or wait till settle all the procedure of overstay penalty then buy

Hi all,can someone please help me to find out the answer for my 3 years old daughter who overstay in china for 1 year.Now i want to bring back my daughter.so just to makesure the procedure first.Do i need to buy air ticket first or just go to report and penalty first?And how long for this kind of procedure take?Please someone to help out answer my question.Thank you.URGENT!!!

You should go to the local PSB to report and receive the relevant penalty first. After that, you buy the air tickets and exit PRC.
