hi, i am plan to go to chengdu on april. i thought to go to emei for two day.

But some people say it is too many people and always foggy, it is not much to see. Does anybody been there can give me advice?Lily

Well, there should be many people there in Apr. especially after mid Apr.  And it is very likely to be foggy. But the sea of clouds is a must-see scene of the mountain. The mountain is worth a visit. If you have enough time, go and see the Leshan Giant Buddha, to which direct buses are available.
