About:China Work Visa

Where does the author of this article get their information?

The article says that 'the minimum qualifications are stated as having English as a first language' Where is this stated? It's not on the FEC website or any Chinese embassy website.

Hey, I have the same confusion. I guess it may mean that the applicants should be native English speakers.
According to what I have learned, the policy has changed and in most cases, the applicants should be native speakers. If he/she is not native speaker, she/he should have at least bachelor degree or master degree and satisfy other requirements.
