Hi. I'm on an L2/tourist type and my passport is expiring Aug 2016. Is it possible for me to renew my passport in The CG in Xiamen? Thank you!

If the area you live belongs to the consular district of the consulate general of Philippines in Xiamen, you can renew it from there. Its consular districts include Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces.
