first time application for visa

Hi, this website is really helpful but I still have more questions regarding with the requirements especially with the show money which is atleast 50k as what I have read with other blogs. Anyway, I will be travelling with my American boyfriend, and he already got an approved entry permit to travel in China, is there any way that I can show to the embassy that my boyfriend can support me financially and we have already booked our tickets and hotel accommodation and I currently have a job right now so I wouldnt worry about the ITR and the COE but what really worries me is the show money. I badly need help. Thanks.

Dezz, as for the show money, it’s usually inspected randomly and it doesn’t have to be 50K. You can provide your boyfriend bank savings account as your financial support proof. Or because you have a job, you can also provide your income certificate, or work certificate as the financial standing.

Im on the same boat i have a chinese husband.. Can i get the showmoney as my pocket for my trip in china just to be sure that have my own money in case of emergency thing..
