About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Canada permanant residence holding vietnam passport would like to apply hongkong visa

My Mom holding a VietNam Passport but living in canada as a permanant residence, please advise how to apply HK visa in order to stopover when travel from Toronto to Vietnam.

Karen, she should first prepare the required materials including her passport and its copy, the application form with a recently taken passport-style photo glued, proof of her financial support, flight itinerary and proof of her travel purpose to the next destination. And then submit the application to the consulate general of PRC to apply for the transit entry permit.
