About:China Visa on Arrival
Im a Thailand, can I enter Shenzhen on VOA from Hongkong (I wanna go to SZ on this April) ?

Dana, you can possibly get VOA in Shenzhen. But if it’s possible, you’d better apply for a visa in advance of your trip in case that your application for VOA is denied.2
