How long between visits

If a Russian tourist has a 30 day visit, but then reenters with the U-Turn and has a additional 20 days, how long do they need to leave Macau before returning for another 30 days?

Adam, as far as far as I know, there is no exact time limit between your visits, but you’d better wait for a few days later and then re-enter.
