double occupancyextra bed?

Hello we are a family of 4 and we are starting to plan a trip, kids are 10 and 5, they usually sleep in same bed, so a double occupancy room will be enough for our family, how do these charges apply since we are not requiring an extra bed.

Hi, I think I should tell you the size of bed in most of hotels in China. Usually a double room occupies two beds, each of which is around 1.2 meters wide. So I think you will not feel comfortable if two persons have one bed.
