You are suggested to fly to Changsha first. Transfer to airport shuttle to local West Bus Station, where there are direct buses to ZJJ City (08:00-19:00 every an hour). Then change to a bus to the scenic area. Besides, direct buses to Wulingyuan Scenic Area are available at the West Bus Station, scheduled at 8：20 and 14：30.2

Well, I'm not sure the bus station has English booking service. You can try to dial 86-0731-96228 and consult the staff. Othwise, just buy the tickets at the bus station.0
