You are suggested to fly to Changsha first. Transfer to airport shuttle to local West Bus Station, where there are direct buses to ZJJ City (08:00-19:00 every an hour). Then change to a bus to the scenic area. Besides, direct buses to Wulingyuan Scenic Area are available at the West Bus Station, scheduled at 8：20 and 14：30.
