What is the best way to get from Changzhou to Huaian?

I cannot find any flights or trains. Is there a bus service and if so how long does the journey take?

Yes, you can take a direct bus to HA from Changzhou North Bus Station near the North Railway Station. The buses are available from 7:20 to 15:00 at an hourly interval. The trip takes about 3 hours. The fare is CNY 102.
