Haian Visa on arrival - Indian passport

Hi there,

I know that Indian's don't qualify for the Visa-free 30-day Hainan access, but can I still qualify for a visa on arrival? I may have to go next week, and do not have enough time to apply for a visa.

No, unfortunately, Indian citizens are not eligible for Hainan visa on arrival at the time being. Also, it appears that Hainan visa is slowly but certainly losing its importance in favor of 30 day visa free access. If you cannot obtain a Chinese visa until the day of your departure, I advise you to change your travel plans.
