About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Enter before date, confusion ??

My tourist L visa states in the section Enter before March 18th.
Am I allowed to actually cross in to China on March 18th or it must happen on 17th and 18th is considered too late?

Hey Louie, as long as you enter before the last minute on March 18th, it shall be fine.

I just got a reply from China visa expert that March 18th is bit too risky.
Is there any Chinese government agent who can tell me fist hand?
Otherwise ,I am playing with a fire,one way to find out..

I think the best way is to contact the embassy for confirmation. By the way, I agree with Henry, you can enter on March 18.
