For people with asthma what is best time to visit Tianjin? When is the air quality worst?

The best time is in September when the air quality is pretty good, and the temp can be relatively pleasant! You can have a nice experience there! The air quality is worst in Dec. - Jan. Anyway, you are suggested to bring your regular medicine in case.
