Ken, your wife can renew her passport in Singapore. The documents required include:
1. A completely filled-out application form;
2. Two recently-taken bare-headed photos;
3. Her passport and a copy of your passport;
4. The original and photocopy of her PR;
5. A proof stating that your wife does not obtain Singaporean nationality.
