How about entry pass

No company's in HK are hiring foreign nationals and the chances are very less. Is there a visa where I can come to HK and search for a job and I heard that there is one year visa based on points evaluation. Are their different types of entry permits. I don't know if I am right in this please correct me if I am wrong.
