Is the Bird`s Nest illuminated every evening?

Will the lights go out? At 11 p.m. also?

Yes. Generally speaking, it is illuminated every evening. The time of lighting would be a little bit difference influenced by seasons. Usually, the starting time is between 18:00 to 19:00 and ends between 21:00 to 22:00.
So you cannot see the lights after 23:00. You need to go there earlier.
