My contract will expire on 31 march 2016 here in Thailand but i have plans of visiting in China?

Hi, I'm Cameroonian currently teaching here in Thailand and i plan to take 3 days trip to PRC ,but my contract will expire on 31 march 2016 including my Non B visa and my work permit here in Thailand, is there any possibility that i can get the tourist L type?
