About:Dual Nationality

Is it easier for a Chinese adoptee to get their citizenship than a total foreigner?

Hi, I am a Chinese adoptee living in the USA. Am considering going back to China to live there either at a teacher or nurse. How hard would it be and how long would it take for me to get my Chinese membership? Thank you. Appreciate it.

Hi, there, Chinese government do not accept dual nationality. If you are going to apply for Chinese nationality, you need to give up your USA nationality first. I'm not clear about how long it will take? But it is not an easy process, lots of paper works. For the detailed info, you'd better conact the China embassy in US for help.
