visiting beijing in march

Question

Hello,I will be visiting Beijing,  Xian (Terracotta Warriors) and Shanghai from March 26 to April 02. Due to language problem, I was wondering if I can have Bangladeshi brothers residing in those cities could assist me. I am willing to compensate (pay) for their time.  I would also like to be picked up from the airport.Please help me.Thank you.Babu
