About:China Tourist Visa

Is a copy of previous visas required for everyone?

I am Canadian born Chinese applying for a tourist L type. I visited PRC 20 years ago with my parents so my father could visit relatives for the last time. They handled the paperwork and I cannot find the passport I had at the time or the entry permit in it. Will this be problem and if so what should I do?

Rachel, usually, it is required for everyone. But if you cannot find it eventually, I think it is fine. It may not cause any problem.
