My return flight departs at 23.50 hrs from Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport to Kuala Lumpur.

There is no train to the airport and you have to take a shuttle bus. Anyway, the last bus departs from Lanzhou Bus Station at 18:00 and it takes about 1 hour to the airport.

However, from this very page, it is stated: "Bullet intercity trains are available from Zhongchuan Airport to Main Railway Station and West Railway Station, taking 40-50min. Trains from the main railway station cost CNY21.5 for a second class seat and CNY26 for a first class seat. From the west station, the fare is CNY18.5 for a second class seat and CNY22 for a first class seat."

I am confused.... Any clarification will be greatly appreciated.

I'm very sorry that I got it wrong. Yes, there are fast trains to the airport till 21:58. Don't worry, you can take train to there.

Bill, can you advise which station you took the fast train from Lanzhou to airport? Was the last train at 9.29 PM night?

Hi Kevin, can you confirm that there is a fast train from either Lanzhou West and also Main Station ? From my questions below and answer from Ada, she mentioned that here is only bus service to and from airport. Do you have the schedule of the fast train from and to airport, first and last train?

Hi David, fast train from Lanzhou city to Lanzhou Zhongchuan airport can be taken from either from Lanzhou station or Lanzhou west station. I boarded the train C8661 at about 8pm in Lanzhou west station which is modern and more orderly.

You can buy it on the spot in the station.

I saw that you enquirer about transport from airport to city. Did u manage to get the bullet train or shuttle bus to city or railway station. I am planning a trip on AirAsia and it lands almost midnight.
