About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Is an Octopus Card needed for an infant traveling on MTR, buses, and etc. in Hong Kong?

If so, how much? Thanks!

No. Infants can ride on MTR and buses for free.

Thanks! Do you know if a car seat is needed for an infant if we are riding in a taxi in HK? Are we require to bring in car seat or could we carry the infant in the car?

As I know, a car seat is not required. You can hold your baby in the car. But you are advised to sit on the rear seat for your and the infant's safety. :)
