About:China Student Visa

Im in China now and my visa expired from 43days, in this kind of situation what I can do to solve it

please I need the answer urgently , thanks

Zeer, you should go to the Exit and Entry Administration of the local PSB, pay the fines and then ask for an exit pass. Only after that, you can leave.

Dear, as far as I know, it’s impossible for you to extend it because usually, one should extend it 7 days earlier before it expires; and you know you cannot get a new one in PRC now. The only way is to pay the fine and leave PRC as soon as possible. Otherwise, if you overstay for a long time, you may be detained.
