I leave US on Mar 24 & arrive Beijing Fri Mar 25 at 3:30pm and leave Beijing Mon Mar 28 at 2:05pm to Japan. Do I qualify for the 72 hrs free transit or should I ask the consulate when I get there tomorrow?
