About:Han Yang Ling Museum

from xian airport to han yangling

I arrive at 11:00 am at the airport, i would like to visit the tomb on the way to city center, i will take a taxi to go there but is it easy to find a taxi or a bus at the mausoleum to drive me to the city after my visit?

I'm afraid it is not easy to take a taxi there. So it is best to get back to the downtown with public transportation: take Tourist Bus Line 4 from the mausoleum to the terminus: City Library Station. Then, transfer to metro line 2 to the city center.

Isn't it too much a hassle? Is there no airport taxi to Hanyangling?

Well, you can easily take a taxi to the mausoleum from the airport. The fare may be CNY 50-60.

But taxis are not easily available at the mausoleum. Therefore, you are advised to use public transportation from the mausoleum to downtown Xian. :)
