Bam, you should apply for a tourist L type. The required documents include: your passport and its copy, the original and photocopy of your work permit in Malaysia, a filled-out applicaiton form attached with your passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your fiance, and a financial standing proof.

It's possible to apply from the CVASC office there, but you may face stricter requirements as you are applying from a third country.

How about business permit rather than bank records? Do I need to book a rountrip ticket first before applying the entry permit? And after it expires if we plan to get married soon what type do I need to apply? Thank you

As for the proof of financial support, you can provide your income certificate, or work certificate. The business permit may be okay.
You can ask your fiancé to issue an invitation letter to you. In this way, the round trip air tickets may not be required.
If you plan to get married when you go there, you can apply for an extension 7 days earlier before your visa expires. After you get married, you can apply for a marriage Q type to stay there.
