About:China Work Visa

ESL teacher. how to get a work Z visa legally?

Can I legally require a working Z type as an ESL teacher? Or do I still need a Bachelor's degree? I have a company that says they can get me a work Z type but I want the process to be legal. I don't want to risk being fined and deported.

Jess, if you want to be an ESL teacher in China, you should have a Bachelor's Degree as well as two years of working experience. If you don't have it, it may be hard to get the Foreigner Employment Permit and the Z type. Some agencies may have a way to get around this, but I am not sure whether the process is legal. You can contact it and see more details. Be careful and make a resonable judgement by yourself.
