Are s1 or s2 visa holders can get residence permit to prolong their stay in china?

Hi im working here in china,i want to invite my wife and son here to stay with me until my contract ends,if they have the s1 or s2 type can they get residence permit here to prolong their stay here in PRC?and how much is the fee?
