requirements for Business M Visa

Dear Sir
i require business M type for 15 days , i would like to know what documents are require for it.

Dear, the following documents are required: the completed application form with a recent passport-style photo glued, your passport and copy of its data page, your residence permit in Kuwait, and an invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC.
