Tianjin to great wall of china

i stay in holiday inn express TJ riverside. i want to know, what the place of the great wall of china near from my hotel? and how to get there from my hotel? there is public transportation? could you elaborate to me?

There is Great Wall section in TJ but it is in Jixian County, a little bit far from the downtown area. You are recommended to visit the sections in Beijing as transportation is convenient. I recommend you Badaling as it is the most famous among all.
About the transportation, take a taxi to get to Main Railway Station first. Take bullet train to get to Beijing South Railway Station. After arriving, take subway line 4 to Xizhimen and walk to the North Railway Station. There are S2 trains that can take you to the destination directly.

From TJ Main Station to Beijing South Railway Station, the duration is no more than an hour.
From Beijing North Railway Station to the Great Wall, it spends around an hour.
