1. Oh, the temperature may range from 65 F to 70 F at that time. It will be warm and moist. There will mainly have cloudy days. You can bring light jackets, T-shirts and jeans.
2. Central, Admiralty and Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei, Jordan and Mong Kok are popular places to go shopping. Lots of shopping malls and small commodities markets can meet your demands.
3. In HK, there are many kinds of restaurants that serve Chinese, Asian and western food.
Kowloon gathers the most Chinese restaurants, like Beijing & Shanghai Food, Sichuan & Yunnan Food and Cantonese Food.
If you wanna taste Indian & Nepalese Food, Japanese Food or Indonesian, Thai & Vietnamese Food, Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay are recommended areas.
For western foods, you can find several popular restaurants at Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo. Hope you like.
4. To be honest, you don't need to join in a tour because English is widely used in HK. And the transportation is quite convenient. You can easily access to scenic areas.
From the hotel, take Island Line at Wan Chai Station. Then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station and Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. It takes around 50 mins. The ticket fare is 25.2 HKD per person. After that, walk south around 280 yards (250 meters) to arrive at the theme park.
