We arrive on a cruise ship at Shanghai Huangpu Cruise Terminal

Is it possible to catch the city sightseeing bus from the cruise terminal?

Yes, there is a pick-up station at this cruise terminal. The more exact location is 30 yards eastward of Xinkaihe Bus Stop, East Zhongshan 2nd Road.
