Yes, you can take line 3 at the airport, get off at Jiahe Wanggang Station. Then transfer to line 2 to Gongyuanqian Station, Exit F. The whole trip takes around 40 mins. It costs CNY 7 per person.
After arriving, walk east along Zhongshan 5th Road around 400 yards (360m) to get to the destination.
