Relationship proof sample letter

Hey everyone,
I applied for a hongkong visitor visa. I provided all the required documents. Now the immigration is asking for relationship proof with my cousin sister. Can someone please tell me how can i prove it and of possible provide with a sample letter. Thanks in advance. You guys have been amazing cheers
