renewal of passport?

Question

I actually don't know where to go and look for the procedure on how to renew Chinese passport. With any chance, do you know how to do it or at least the site where I'll find the details, like requirements and process on how to get it done. My Dadbis actually planning to go somewhere but his passport has long expired.  Please help out. Many thanks!!!!

You should renew it at the consulate general of PRC in Philippines. The first step is to prepare the required materials containing the application form, 2 passport-style photos taken recently, your passport and its copy, your residence permit or valid entry permit in Philippines. Next step is to submit your application to the consulate general of PRC to apply for renewal.
