free hong kong airport transfer

Hello! We will be going to HK in April. I was wondering if there would be any free shuttle service to go to our hotel, City Garden in North Point? I read that showing the airline ticket and boarding pass will allow us to get this free service? Or do we still pay for the airport express ticket? Please clarify if correct. Thank you

Well, you need to pay for the AE trip and then enjoy the free shuttle service by showing these valid certificates. So you can take AE to get to HK Station first. Then transfer to free bus line H2. The hotel is the Stop No.8 of this bus route.
