About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

I live in Arizona and my consulate would be LA. I have to travel to LA to turn in my application?

You can go there in person, or entrust someone else to do it for you. For example, if you have a friend in LA, you can entrust her or her to submit it for you.
