Can I get VOA at Shekou Port?

I plan to visit shenzhen next month flying to hong kong.I was there one month ago having normal entry permit from the embassy here and at the same passport there is double entry at 2011 and 2012 with visa from the embassy too. This passport is valid till 16 november 2016.Because of my short stay this time-max 5 days-can I have VOA at shekou port?I come from Greece.
