What is the opening time of the VOA office at Huanggang Port?

Your page is the most updated, but baidu.com and wikishenzhen.com indicate that the office hour of VOA office at Huanggang Port is only until 5.30 PM.
Is it correct that one can apply for the visa 24 hours at Huanggang?
