is it possible to buy tickets via internet (for not Chinese speaking person) ? Where is possible find out timetable? What is the price for a ticket? Thank you in advance!Best regards, Julia

I think you mean Hong Kong, right? Well, there is no direct long-distance bus that operates between these two places.  You can pass the custom and arrive at Futian Port (Shenzhen). Then take a cab to Futian Bus Station. There are two long-distance buses that can take you to the destination. The bus schedules are 18:40 and 20:00. The ticket fare is CNY 180 per person. It takes around 12 to 13 hours on the way. Besides, the online booking website doesn't have English version. You can get to the bus station early and directly buy tickets there. :)
