Yes! You may take Disneyland Resort Line to Sunny Bay Station, and change to Tung Chung Line to Lai King Station. Then, transfer to Tsuen Wan line to Tsuen Wan Station, Exit B2. Walk east along Castle Peak Road to the hotel.
